Why do you ask for my email address?
We collect your email address to verify your identity in the registration process and to give us the opportunity to send you information related to your policy transaction with us or to send you other related information you may find useful as an insurance consumer. We do not sell customer email addresses. We may share your email address with your local independent agent to allow us to transact your business. We will not share your email address with other companies for their marketing purposes. You may opt out of having us send you other information not specific to your insurance transaction by email.

What credit and debit cards do you accept?
MMG Insurance accepts payment from any credit or debit card that bears the Visa, MasterCard or Discover logo.

Can I split my payment over multiple credit cards?
Online payments must be made using a single credit card. You do not, however, have to use the same credit card every time you make a payment online.

If you wish to split your payment over multiple credit cards, please contact our Billing Group at 1-888-MMG-BILL (1-888-664-2455) during regular business hours.

I have more than one insurance policy under my billing account. I only want to pay one policy at this time, can I do that online?
Yes, if you’d like to make a payment on only one policy you may do so online.

What are MMG Insurance's regular business hours?
Our regular business hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Monday through Friday.

Can I use a Gift Card to pay my premium?
In order to help keep our site safe and secure, we require you to contact our Billing Group (1-888-664-2455) during regular business hours to make a payment using a gift card. Keep these simple tips in mind before you call:
  • The gift card must bear the Visa or MasterCard logo
  • Make sure the gift card has been properly activated and has not expired.
I have a question about my billing information. How can I get it answered?
  • Contact your local independent agent, or;
  • Contact our Billing Group (1-888-664-2455) during regular business hours, or;
  • You can use our Contact Form to send us a message. We will do our best to respond within one (1) business day.
What do I do if my mailing address has changed?
Contact your local independent agent with any address changes.

When will my payment be posted to my billing account?
Payments made online are posted immediately. Please allow 24 hours for the payment to be reflected in the account details on the MyBilling page.

Is using my credit card on your site safe?
MMG Insurance is dedicated to providing you with the most secure environment possible. We use a combination of procedural controls, physical safeguards, and access controls to protect your data from unauthorized access.

Some of the ways we protect your information include the following:
  • All communication between your computer and MyMMG is encrypted with an Extended Validation Secure Sockets Layer (EV SSL) certificate by VeriSign.
  • All user accounts are protected by encrypted passwords. Should you forget your password, you will need to create a new one by following the online password retrieval process.
  • As part of our registration process, we require three pieces of information that are unique to you. We use this information to verify your identity before providing access to your policy information.
  • Firewalls protect our external systems from the public internet as well as isolate our external systems from our internal network.
  • We will not store or retain your credit card information as part of this online transaction.

Are alternate methods of payment available?
Yes. If you do not wish to make a payment online, we accept the same credit and debit cards over the phone. Call our billing department at 1-888-MMG-BILL (1-888-664-2455) during regular business hours. You may also read about our flexible billing and payment options.

I have several policies with MMG. Which ones are eligible to Go Paper Free?
MMG's Go Paper Free option is now available for most Personal and Commercial Lines of business. Please view your current Paper Free eligibility and status for more information.

How will I know if there are new documents ready for me to access?
MMG will alert you by email when new documents are available for your review.

How will I know if my premium is due?
MMG will alert you by email when a copy of your most recent invoice has been posted on your MyMMG account. You may also select to receive additional "payment reminders" under "MyService”.

What types of documents will be made available electronically, instead of being mailed to me?
MMG will provide you with access to copies of your policy documents, including changes to your policy, subsequent Renewal policies, as well as any additional eligible policies that you obtain through MMG after registering for the Go Paper Free option.

What if I decide Go Paper Free is no longer a good option for me?
At any time you may begin receiving your policy documents by USPS mail by un-enrolling in the program. You may do this by changing your MyMMG profile under "MyService" or by contacting us at 1-888-664-2455.
